You must be at least 18 years old to use OneSkydive. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. User Conduct

You agree not to post false information, harass other users, attempt to circumvent our safety systems, or use the platform for any illegal purpose.

3. Gear Listings

Sellers are responsible for accurate descriptions and airworthiness declarations. OneSkydive does not guarantee the condition of listed gear and is not liable for transactions between users.

4. Intellectual Property

Content you post remains yours. By posting, you grant OneSkydive a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform. Do not post content you don't have rights to.

5. Limitation of Liability

OneSkydive is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from gear purchased through the platform or activities at dropzones listed here.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email.
